White Newborn Dropwaist Pettiskirt

This precious little white ruffly skirt will be something to keep!

This skirt is very small - only 6 1/2 inches across at the waist and approx 8 1/2 inches in length. It fits best on a baby that is 0 - 6 mth old.

The waist does have an elastic band and so it can be adjusted either direction by moving the button.
