    Do you Ship Internationally? top

    No, we only ship within the United States. 

    What forms of payment do you accept? top

    We want to make your shopping experience with us an easy one!  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.  *All payments are accepted by a secure web server!  We also accept all major credit cards, direct transfers & e-checks through PayPal.

    What is your Delivery/Shipping Policy? top

    We only ship within the US.  All orders ship within 1-4 weeks of the order date.  Most all of our items are custom designed per order.  We ship USPS Priority or Express Mail.  Once an order ships, it generally takes 2-3 days business days for you to receive your order.

    *Some items may be shipped out seperately depending on availability.

    What is your Return/Cancellation Policy? top

    Most all of our items are custom handcrafted as ordered.  Due to the handmade nature of our items, some ribbons/flowers are seasonal & are not always in stock.  We use colors/styles of similar ribbons/flowers if we are out of stock in certain supplies.  Our custom-designed items, made-to-order items and/or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.  "All sales are final".  Unless we make a mistake in processing your order.  Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled.

    My order status is Processed/Processing, what does this mean? top

    When we update your order status to processing, this means it has been sent off to the designer(s) to be completed.  More than likely your order has not shipped out yet, but you can expect it to be sent out shortly.  Most items ship directly from the designer to your address provided.  If it has been more than 4 weeks, please contact us for further information.  We keep records of all shipping/tracking numbers.

    What is your Refund Policy? top

    All sales are final.  Most all of our products are handcrafted and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and cannot refund any item(s) purchased. 

    What is your Privacy Policy? top

    Customer security is a top priority to us.  We have taken steps to maintain your privacy.  We will never sell, lease or share any of our customer's personal information.  Any information collected is used for order processing only.
